Registration

New Registration Request

This function allows institutions and companies to enrol in the suppliers' and contractors' ledger that is maintained by the Procurement Section, in order to be able to participate in procurement operations carried out by the Judicial Section.

Registration Required Documents

• Filling in the Supplier Registration Form (for all suppliers).
• Valid copy of the Commercial / Industrial / Trade License.
• Business Classification certificate, if any
• Memorandum of Association
• Copy of exclusive commercial agencies, if any,
• Bank Account Confirmation Letter including Current Account Number /IBAN Number
• Tax Registration Certificate.
• Specimen signature of the authorised signatory duly authenticated by the Notary Public
• Copy of passport / Emirates ID card of the owner and partners (for companies)
• Articles of association for companies
• Copy of passport / Emirates ID card of the agent (if any)
• Copies of compliance certificates with ISO quality system requirements (9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001), if any
• Copies of compliance certificates with HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) requirements, if any
Please note that suppliers / service providers who carry out high risk activities (contracting works and the like) are required to provide the following certificates: OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, and OHSAS 14001.
• Company profile and organizational structure.
• The employees list of the establishment, their qualifications and previous experience, approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
