One of the most crucial ways to help the court with technical issues is to enlist the help of experts. By introducing a package of bilingual expert templates, the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department has governed and developed the processes for assigning experts. This package offers, for the first time in the Middle East region, consistent bilingual forms for judicial expertise in both Arabic and English, with the goals of increasing judicial procedure transparency, boosting litigant confidence, and removing language barriers between litigants and courts. In turn, this simplifies litigation processes and raises the standard of judicial services offered by the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department in line with its ambitious plan to create and streamline court processes throughout the litigation process.

The forms have the following features:
  1. Consistent, contemporary, and straightforward official templates
  2. Interactive PDF forms
  3. A foreign litigant can comprehend the content of the proceedings and the document without any language barriers thanks to clear data in both Arabic and English.
  4. By selecting the "Upload Document" button, it is simple to electronically attach documents to the form.
  5. It is simple to add the parties' and experts’ electronic signatures to the documents.
  6. In order to increase the transparency of the pertinent laws and procedures, the forms also include a section for pertinent law articles that have been compiled and made available in Arabic and English.
