General Notes

  • ADJD Supplier Portal is a completely autonomous system and has no connection whatsoever with subscribing to the suppliers' portal of any other governmental entities.
  • For new suppliers who have never dealt with ADJD, the registration process shall be self-run through ADJD website by submitting a registration application along with all the required attachments. The supplier shall be responsible for rejection of its application at the ADJD Supplier Portal in the event of failure to provide the required attachments for the registration process or to pay the prescribed registration fees.
  • Suppliers who have previously dealt with ADJD and did not receive an e-invitation via e-mail for registration and payment of prescribed fees are kindly requested to contact the Procurement Section via the Procurement Section e-mail (procurement@adjd.gov.ae) to request an e-invitation to be sent for registration.
  • If old suppliers did not receive invitations, they are kindly requested to contact the Procurement Section via the Procurement Section e-mail (procurement@adjd.gov.ae) to request an e-invitation to be sent for registration.
  • Each supplier shall have one username on the system to participate in tenders, practices, and auctions which will be electronically announced by ADJD through the system. Any application for registration of a new username for the same supplier previously registered on the system shall be rejected. The supplier shall be required to provide an official e-mail expressing the corporate identity which shall be used later as the username of the supplier on ADJD Supplier Portal.
  • Registration fees shall be AED 200 paid for one time by the supplier as registration fees in the ADJD Supplier Portal in order to be able to log into the system and participate in ADJD's tenders, practices, and auctions and have access to all documents related to their transactions with ADJD. (There shall be no fees for purchasing any specifications booklets). The annual fees for renewal of subscription of AED 200 shall be paid by the supplier to reactivate his subscription and use ADJD supplier portal for one year.
  • All suppliers shall pay the registration fees upon the launch of the system.
  • Once a supplier pays the prescribed registration fees, a username shall be given to him in order to log into ADJD Supplier Portal to participate in ADJD's tenders, practices, and auctions and have access to all documents related to his transactions with ADJD. This shall not necessarily mean that all registered suppliers may participate in tenders and practices limited to specific business activities or which have certain special conditions.
  • The supplier shall be liable for providing correct information in the registration process at ADJD Supplier Portal. The Procurement Section of ADJD shall review all suppliers' registration applications and approve data during the official working hours. The Procurement Section may reject any supplier application in the event of discovery of any false information concerning the supplier.
  • Upon launching of the system, the participation of suppliers in ADJD tenders, practices, and auctions shall only be through ADJD Supplier Portal. Technical and financial bids or CDs shall not be submitted to the Procurement Section by hand. The Procurement Section may be contacted through the system in the event of any questions concerning a specific tender.
  • The supplier shall be liable for the appropriate use of the system and the proper follow up of work procedures and instructions concerning the registration process, the annual subscription renewal, the participation in ADJD's tenders, practices, and auctions and the submission of technical and financial offers through the system.
  • Suppliers can download the Portal User's Manual for the Supplier Portal via ADJD website.
  • Suppliers can attend training workshops to be held by the Procurement Section every Monday from 9:00am to 11:00am for a period of three months to clarify the system procedures, support suppliers and answer their enquiries on how to use the system.
  • A supplier's username will be locked in the event of non-renewal of the annual subscription and hence, the supplier shall not be able to access the Supplier Portal in order to participate in ADJD's tenders, practices, and auctions.
  • Each supplier shall be responsible for constantly updating his data on ADJD Supplier Portal. The lack of updated commercial license data, for example, in the system shall prevent the supplier from participating in ADJD's tenders, practices, and auctions. The application of data update submitted by the supplier will be reviewed by the ADJD Procurement Section during the official working hours. Accordingly, the supplier shall be liable for any possible delay that might occur or for the expiry of the deadline set for ADJD tenders, practices or auctions if he submitted his application beyond the official working hours. The Procurement Section may reject any application of a supplier in the event of discovery of any false information concerning the supplier.
  • In the event of a public tender or auction, it shall be announced in newspapers and ADJD website. E-invitations will also be forwarded via e-mail to suppliers registered at ADJD Portal to participate through the system. Whereas in the event of a special tender or practice, e-invitations will be sent via e-mail to invite certain suppliers to participate through the system.
