About the Partnerships Section:
The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has created a new section called ''Partnerships Section'' under the International Cooperation and Partnerships Division, which forms part of the Corporate Communication and International Cooperation Sector.
This Section is responsible for the follow-up and development of partnerships' framework and coordination of work with stakeholders including governmental and semi-governmental entities, universities, private companies and international institutions. This comes as part of ADJD's endeavours to implement its strategy, which aims to safeguard rights and freedoms and contribute to the maintenance of social security through a fair and an efficient justice which preserves individual gains and protects the rule of law. This new Section also works closely with ADJD partners to develop institutional work to attain harmony between the relevant parties and for the benefit of the public and the larger community. By working with strategic and key partners, the Partnerships Section aims to develop basic services, facilitate and speed up litigation, and shorten many procedures and transactions, in addition to saving time, effort and money for court users and partners.
