Application for Registration of Suppliers, Contractors and Service Providers

Under this service, companies and establishments may apply for registration in the suppliers and contractors registry held by the procurement section in order to be qualified to take part in the procurement operations/ tenders announced by ADJD.

  • ​Download the Acknowledgement private sector compliance with contracting stipulation of government entities​

  • Documents Required

  • A Valid commercial license permitting Economic Activity in the Emirates .
  • Contractor classification ( For Contractor only).
  • Partnership Agreement .
  • Copy of the Excusive Agencies – If any
  • Official Bank Letter including A/C account and IBAN number.
  • Copy of Value Added Tax (VAT)  Certificate.
  • Copy of the authorized signature /Power of Attorney
  • Copy of the Quality Certificate if any :( ISO 9001-  Quality Management System, ISO 14001- Environmental Management Systems, BS OHSAS 18001-Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems)
  • Copy of the Health and Safety Environment System Certificate   if any
  • Company Profile and Company Organization Structure.
  • List of all the employee with their qualification and experience.

  • Size of the attachment should not except 15 Gb .
